PARKINSON CERTIFIED EXERCISE SPECIALISTS

What is a Parkinson specialist?  Why go see a therapy or exercise specialist with a certification?  What kind of certifications are there?
Almost all exercise is good for people with PD.  And it is important to find something you love doing and will keep doing.  However, trainers and exercise instructors with a certification or a specialty in Parkinson Disease are better equipped to provide the most impactful exercise program and target the symptoms of Parkinson Disease.   Please help us keep these resource pages up to date!
