The Parkinson Alliance has given the CCPA a $2500 grant to use toward Parkinson's specific exercises.  The CCPA is matching their grant with a $2500 donation for free exercise classes right here on the Central Coast.  We are partnering with PD Connect to administer our classes which our own local therapists and exercise professionals trained in Parkinson's specific exercise are developing.  Our initial funds will get several classes started but will require ongoing fundraising and donations to continue.  Remember, Exercise is Medicine!  If you want to try a new exercise or cannot afford a class, please give a class in your area a try.  It's Free!
